ALW株式会社（以下「当社」）は、以下のとおり個人情報保護方針を定め、個人情報保護の仕組みを構築し、全従業員に個人情報保護の重要性の認識と取組みを徹底させることにより、個人情報の保護を推進いたします。

当社は、個人情報を適切に保護、管理する体制を確立し、個人情報の適正な取得、利用および提供に関する社内規程を定め、これを遵守します。

当社は、個人情報を取得および利用する場合には、利用目的を明確にし、特定された利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内で適正に個人情報を取扱うとともに、目的外利用を阻止するための措置を講じています。

取得した個人情報は、ダイレクトメールの発送や情報処理等の目的で外部に業務委託することがあります。委託に際しては、個人情報の保護水準が、当社が設定する安全対策基準を満たす事業者を選定し、適切な管理、監督を行います。

個人情報への不正アクセス、個人情報の滅失、毀損、改ざんおよび漏洩等のリスクに対して、適切な安全対策を実施するとともに、改善が必要と判断されたときには、速やかにこれを是正いたします。

個人情報の取扱いに関するご本人からの苦情及び相談について対応窓口を設置し、適切に対応します。
