Refund Policy

• For customers located in the European Union, statutory withdrawal rights apply in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

• Sale items may be eligible for return where required by applicable law.

• For customers outside the European Union, sale items are non-returnable under any circumstances.

• Made-to-order items, custom-made items, and personalized products are non-cancellable and non-returnable.

• For returns of full-priced items, all costs associated with re-importation will be deducted from the refund amount.

This includes all expenses related to export and re-import procedures, such as customs duties, taxes, shipping fees, and any other applicable handling charges.

・セール対象商品につきましても、法令により義務付けられる場合には返品をお受けいたします。

・EU加盟国以外のお客様につきましては、セール対象商品の返品はお受けしておりません。

・受注生産商品、特注商品、およびお客様のご要望に応じて製作された商品につきましては、キャンセルおよび返品をお受けしておりません。

・正規価格にてご購入いただいた商品の返品につきましては、再輸入に伴うすべての費用を返金額より差し引かせていただきます。

これには、輸出・再輸入手続きに関わる費用、関税・消費税、送料、その他関連手数料等を含みます。
