Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped from Japan via DHL.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country, package weight, and current carrier rates.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on customs clearance, local postal conditions, weather, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number by email.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. We are not responsible for delays, additional charges, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, all shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs charges, and related expenses will be deducted from any applicable refund.

ご注文商品は日本よりDHLにて発送いたします。

送料はお届け先、商品の重量および配送業者の料金に基づき、チェックアウト時に自動計算されます。

海外配送における関税、輸入税、付加価値税（VAT）、通関手数料等はお客様のご負担となります。

配送日数は目安であり、通関手続き、現地配送事情、天候その他当社の管理が及ばない事情により遅延する場合があります。

商品発送後、追跡番号をメールにてご案内いたします。

お届け先情報は正確にご入力ください。住所不備や入力誤りによる配送遅延、追加費用、配送不能等について当社は責任を負いかねます。

関税・税金の未払い等により荷物が受取拒否、放棄または返送された場合、往復送料、関税、通関費用その他発生した費用を返金額より差し引かせていただきます。
